  • How can I monitor the performance of my WhatsApp messaging?

    You can view all the messages you sent on our console here. The logs will give insights into delivery status, pricing, destination country, etc., for each message. You will also be able to see the status callbacks that you received for each of these messages. 

    You can also download logs at a message level or aggregate (by time duration) and check performance metrics.

  • What should I do if I encounter issues with message delivery?

    Kindly go through our troubleshooting guide and review our error codes. The description provided against each code should provide you guidance and next steps. 


    If you are unable to figure out a way forward, get in touch with our support team by sharing the message UUID of the affected message and providing any other information that might be relevant.
