How can I recharge my account?

If your account balance reaches zero, you won't be able to use Plivo to make calls or send messages. However, your phone numbers will not be removed from your account right away.  

You can recharge your Plivo account from the Billing page of the console. First, ensure the credit card information in the Payment Details section is complete and correct. You can set up automatic recharge in the Auto Recharge section of the page. Select both a minimum amount at which your account should recharge and a recharge amount. When your account reaches the minimum amount specified, Plivo will automatically recharge the selected amount.

Additionally, We have introduced a new option of Bank Direct Debits under the billing section. This will allow you to set up ACH payments. 

Steps to add the Bank Account:

1. Add a Bank Account, by filling in the below 

2. You will receive a 6-digit code associated with the transaction details in your bank statement, enter the same below to verify the account:

3. Once the bank is verified, enable the payment schedule:

4. Once enabled, select the Day of the month on which the transaction will be initiated, and the Amount you want to be credited every month.

Note: 

  1. This feature is only for US bank accounts
  2. It can take up to 4 business days to receive acknowledgment of success or failure.

Furthermore, you can manually recharge your account by using the Recharge section of the Billing page and entering a recharge amount of at least $25.
