Call Insights UI would display data for calls up to last 3 months. Also, Suspected issues (displayed on top), and Audio Quality stats sections require call duration to be greater than at least 10 and 5 seconds respectively, while Plivo Quality score is displayed for calls of duration > 10 seconds.
Suspected Issues on top, Insights, Audio Quality stats section can be seen for all the browser SDK calls. Incase of PSTN calls wherever carriers have enabled RTP reports from their end these data would be displayed (although, without audio level in audio quality stats section). We would soon be enabling call insights for Android and IOS SDK’s too.
