To create support tickets with Plivo, navigate to the Plivo home page and click on create new ticket.
Upon clicking on create ticket, the following page opens.
On this page, enter the following details:
- Requester's email id
- Subject line describing the query/issue
- Category of the query - which can be chosen from the drop down
- Select the priority of the ticket
- Add the description of the query/issue
Click on submit and a ticket is created with our support team.
Our support team will have the issue investigated and reach out you at the earliest.
The status of any previous ticket can also be checked from the home page itself by clicking on "Check ticket Status".
