It is important to make sure your email is updated in your Plivo account. Plivo uses the email associated with your account to send notifications.
To update the email associated with your Plivo account:
Log in to your Plivo account.
From the Accounts dropdown menu, click Settings.
On the Account Profile section, enter the email and click Submit. Note: You can also update other fields along with the email.
If there are no errors in the email address, you will be prompted to authenticate your account.
Once the account is authenticated, an OTP will be sent to the new email.
Enter the OTP to confirm the update.
The email will be updated if the correct OTP is validated.
Note: The email can only be changed by the owner of the account.
