A Plivo standard account can be managed by multiple users based on the access provided to each user. Plivo provides 5 predefined roles to all its user which can be enabled from your Plivo account.


The 5 predefined roles provided by Plivo are:

  1. Owner
  2. Admin
  3. Developer
  4. Finance Analyst
  5. Support


 

Developer role


Can be used for users who primarily use Plivo API.

A user with Developer access is the one who will be making configuration changes and triggering the messages or calls from the account using Plivo APIs.


You can enable this from the User tab by creating a new user and granting Developer access.



The Developer can view and edit the following feature on the account


Phone numbers

Settings

Credentials of the account

Application & configuration



The Developer can also view the Logs. However, the Payment, Billing and Pricing details will not be accessible to a developer role user.
