A Plivo standard account can be managed by multiple users based on the access provided to each user. Plivo provides 5 predefined roles to all its user which can be enabled from your Plivo account.


The 5 predefined roles provided by Plivo are:

  1. Owner
  2. Admin
  3. Developer
  4. Finance Analyst
  5. Support


Admin


Can be used to provide administrators access to the entire console.

This means a user that has admin access, can act exactly as the owner of the account.


You can enable this from the User tab by creating a new user and granting Admin access.




The Admin can view and edit the following feature on the account


Phone numbers

Payments and Billing

Settings

Credentials of the account

Application & configuration



The Admin can also view the Logs of the account and Pricing details.
