Yes. To change the number for Two-factor Authentication, make sure you have both, your old and new phone numbers.

  1. Login to console.plivo.com. 

Note: Use the OTP sent to your old phone number, if you have enabled Two-factor Authentication. 

  1. From your account menu, click Settings.

  1. On the Accounts page, click the User Profile tab.

  2. Under the View and Update Details section, update your phone number, select Two-Factor Authentication, and then click Save.

You will receive an SMS message on your registered number with a six digit verification OTP.

  1. Enter the six digit verification OTP in the VERIFY PHONE NUMBER window and then click Verify.

Your phone number is verified for your account and Two-factor Authentication is activated.

Note: 

  • The OTP will only be valid for two minutes. 

  • Make sure you enter the correct OTP before it expires.

  • In case the OTP expires, or if you did not receive the OTP, verify your phone number, and then click Try again.
