Yes. To change the number for Two-factor Authentication, make sure you have both, your old and new phone numbers.
Login to console.plivo.com.
Note: Use the OTP sent to your old phone number, if you have enabled Two-factor Authentication.
From your account menu, click Settings.
On the Accounts page, click the User Profile tab.
Under the View and Update Details section, update your phone number, select Two-Factor Authentication, and then click Save.
You will receive an SMS message on your registered number with a six digit verification OTP.
Enter the six digit verification OTP in the VERIFY PHONE NUMBER window and then click Verify.
Your phone number is verified for your account and Two-factor Authentication is activated.
The OTP will only be valid for two minutes.
Make sure you enter the correct OTP before it expires.
- In case the OTP expires, or if you did not receive the OTP, verify your phone number, and then click Try again.
