Only the owner you can create and view the support tickets raised for an your account. To view all support tickets for an your account:

  1. Login to support.plivo.com.

  2. On the Plivo Support website, click Check Ticket Status on the top navigation bar.

  1. By default, the page displays the list of open or pending tickets. You can view all tickets by selecting All Tickets from the Filter by list.

  1. Click the ticket to view more details.
