Yes. Plivo provides the capability to enable audio captures on voice calls. It is just like recording a call except at the raw packet level. This allows with better debugging of voice call quality issues in some cases.
Technically once enabled, raw RTP packets for each of the calls are saved for your account. At this time we are unable to share this with you or your end customers. Only Plivo’s support team will have access to the audio and will be used by our team to debug audio quality issues. In the future we will enable access for you via the console.
Enabling captures are controlled and requires written consent to the Plivo support team. Once enabled, all access to the audio captures are logged for audit purposes. Audio captures are automatically deleted after 30 days.
