Use the submitCallQualityFeedback SDK function to report feedback directly to Plivo.


Feedback submitted by your end-users through the submitCallQualityFeedback SDK function can be viewed on the Call Insights page for the call on the Plivo console.


Call quality feedback can also be submitted server-side using the Send Feedback REST API.
