No, you can only set your Plivo numbers as a source number for messages towards US & Canada. This is due to
telecom regulations. You can, however, make an outbound voice call using Plivo APIs with non-Plivo caller ID.


Dynamic sender ids (i.e. non plivo numbers) may be used as a source number for messages towards international destination. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the source number displayed to the message recipient would match the number which was originally used.
