The details posted on your web-server from Plivo platform will provide the status of a call and detailer information like

  • From_number.

  • To_number.

  • Start time.

  • End time.

We post call details to your web server(database) configured in any of the below URL

  • Answer_URL: Details are posted when call is answered

  • Hangup_URL:Details are posted when call is hung-up

  • Action: Details are posted if action(attribute) is defined in the dial XML element

  • Callback_URL: Details are posted if callback_URL is defined in the XML element when call is answered

Based on the parameters posted you can identify the call status,
