Yes, you can port out a phone number you rented from Plivo.

To initiate the process, contact your new carrier and initiate the porting process.

Once we receive your port out request, we will contact your new carrier and verify the documentation and validity of the porting request. Once authorized, we will release the number to your new carrier.

During porting requests for toll-free phone numbers,we will keep the routing configurations  in place for 10 business days after releasing the numbers to ensure smooth transition of services.
