To add SMS functionality to a toll-free number, we will ask to validate the message content and use-case. Begin that process by filling out the form found here. Once this form is completed, our customer success team will validate your use case. If it is approved, you will be able to search and rent SMS enabled Toll-free phone numbers directly from Console or via API.
