Best practices for audio recording

There are two ways to record a call: using an API or through an XML. Best practices for both methods are laid out below.

To record a call in either .mp3 or .wav

If you want to record the call in .mp3 format or .wav format, all you have to do is change the file_format as .mp3 or .wav depending on your preference.

To record a call in either stereo or mono:

Record a call either in mono by using the API or in stereo by using XML.
