How can I screen inbound phone calls?

You can screen inbound calls by adding an unwanted caller’s phone number to a blacklist. All incoming calls from blacklisted phone numbers are automatically rejected.

In addition, Plivo takes precautions to prevent unwanted inbound calls. A Plivo phone number is blocked for 30 days after it's unrented from another Plivo account to lower the chance of unwanted inbound calls when these phone numbers are rented again. This precaution ensures that the previous owner has enough time to transition all the traffic from the released number.
