A Plivo Standard account can be managed by multiple users with different roles. Plivo offers five predefined roles that can be enabled from your Plivo account:
- Owner
- Admin
- Developer
- Finance analyst
- Support
This post talks about the access granted to users in the developer role.
Developer role
This role is primarily for users of the Plivo API. Users should have developer access if they make configuration changes and triggering messages or calls using Plivo APIs.
Developers can view and edit the following features on the account:
- Phone numbers
- Settings
- Account credentials
- Application and configuration
Developers can also view logs. Developers cannot access payment, billing, and pricing details.
You can enable the developer role from the console by going to Settings > Account > Team > User, creating a new user, and granting developer access.
